About Paul Schneider

I was raised in the beautiful country side of King Township and was the only one of three boys to make this place my future home, marry my best friend, and built a custom home on a section of farm property.

By the age of 20, community engagement was something I was drawn to. Thus, I joined the Nobleton Fire Department to serve Nobleton and the Township of King as a volunteer firefighter. In the fall of 2013, after 31 rewarding years of serving my community, I retired from the volunteers.

I was educated in the field of electronics technology and utilized those skills in the ever changing automotive diagnostic industry. This allowed me to travel throughout Canada and the United States, providing an opportunity to meet and work with many fascinating individuals from south of the border, and all across this great country of ours.

How Schneider Imaging Started

In the early 1990s, my parents planned their estate. Part of the process was to pre-arrange their memorial headstone; which they did with a local monument builder. At that time, I thought this process to be a bit morbid, however, in the spring of 1991 we were unfortunate and called upon to utilize my dear mother's memorial. Looking back, this process gave me comfort and a sense of closure, knowing my mother was able to choose her permanent maker and resting place.

After observing the complete memorial process from purchase and design, to execution and installation, I realized that modernizing the memorial building process was a daunting task I desired to take on. By the fall of 1993, I reconnected with the local memorial monument builder my parents utilized and learned the layers to the process. I was intrigued by the archaic ways and took its modernization as a personal challenge. Combining my electronics background with many hours and much hard work, this ultimately became the building blocks of Schneider Imaging.
